I'm quite certain after meeting this family that it would be impossible to pack in any more beauty than this brood already has. I'm also quite certain that the dad of these little dolls will need to purchase a very large shot gun to scare of the hoards of boys who will be beating down their door in a few years! Each of the girls had their own unique look and personality, and I loved capturing them individually as well as while they were interacting together. I sat the youngest down in a bunch of flowers and before I could pose her, she crossed her legs, closed her eyes and put her hands in prayer and told me that she was meditating....well, ok then, do your thing! It turned out to be one of my favorite shots I've ever taken. A true moment in time! Later, when I told mom and dad to kiss in a family shot, the girls instinctively all covered their eyes. PRICELESS! So much sass and so much fun! And check out some of the fierce poses they were giving me! Truth be told I came home from this shoot jonesing for my own little doll to dress up and twirl around. Don't get me wrong, my son is the absolute light of my life, but Captain America and Spider man t shirts make up the bulk of his wardrobe right now! Ahh well, I think I'll keep my little super hero anyhow. Thank you Owens' family for letting me capture a day in your beautiful family!
